Submit your board model and a brief description of the issue for engineering review. Our team will assess the information provided and recommend the best next step for repair, replacement, or compatibility support.
For faster review, please include:
- Board model or part number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear board photos or part label images (if available)
Typical issues we review include:
- No power / no POST
- No video or display output
- Intermittent boot failures
- Memory or BIOS-related issues
- Backplane or system compatibility concerns
- Visible damage or failed components
Evaluation Fee Notice
A $1000 evaluation fee is required prior to diagnostic work. If the board is determined to be repairable and you proceed with repair, the $1000 evaluation fee will be credited toward the final repair invoice.
